Can You Win Betting on Sports?
Most people who bet regularly on sports end up losing money. That is not surprising when you consider you are trying to beat -110 on most bets. It requires some skill and knowledge that most people just don't have.
Those who lack skill and knowledge will often look for shortcuts to winning. The sure bet is what they seek, rather than the skills they truly need. That is why you see the scams promoted everywhere on their "near perfect" record. But they forget to tell you about the progressive betting and the risk of 18 betting units to win one. There is very little if any potential for profit betting that way.
But you can win if you are betting a known edge consistently. And there are known edges to bet if you can find them.
